The "STALPLAST" company produces drop forging with weight to 10 kg from all sorts of certificate steels. We also offered closed-die forging technology. We use such machines as: press" MAXI", hammers and horizontal forging machines. Our company offers also finishing processing as: standardisation, soft annealing, tempering, volume and point burnishing, shot penning and corrosion protection according to the customer request.

Our main customers are: coal-mining's, motorization industry, machine producers industry and agricultural engineering. We make inspection using the defectoscope for the motorization forging for which the sign "B" is obligatory. All tools like dies are produced by "STALPLAST " himself in our tool room which is equipped with metal working machines, CNC and electro-erosion machines.

The new are of our activity is forging of the air titanium and aluminium alloy for machine building industry , ship building industry and energetic industry.
For aluminium alloy we use the thermal treatment like dispersion hardening with natural and artificial ageing ,two stage artificial ageing or other thermal process which cause increasing of mechanical properties Rm. to 400 Map and hardness to 120 HB.

"STALPLAST " have the sign "B" for all products which need it and we issue the quality certification.
