"STALPLAST S.C." is private company
established in 1975. We have two production departaments both
located in the are of 5000m2 in Ksawerów and Chech³o, small
cities around £ód¼. Our main activity is production of machine
forging and their finishing works. Customers of Stalplast are
:different kind of machine producers, car producers, agriculture
engineering, coal-mining's and energetistic industry.
Last years, we started conception of factory
development in direction of building industry. Our new projects
are: producing of roof sheet profiling machines and thermoisolations
systems for buildings.
After near 25 years of activity we have very
high qualified technical staff, modern machines, our own transport,
large and good working customers network and what is most important
well known mark on polish and foreign market The "STALPLAST
S.C." company produces drop forging with weight to 10 kg
from all sorts of certificate steels. We also offered closed-die
forging technology. We use such machines as : press " MAXI",
hammers and horizontal forging machines. Our company offers
also finishing processing as: standardisation , soft annealing
, tempering, volume and point burnishing, shot penning and corrosion
protection according to the customer request.
Our main customers are: coal-mining's, motorization
industry, machine producers industry and agricultural engineering.
We make inspection using the defectoscope for the motorization
forging for which the sign "B" is obligatory. All
tools like dies are produced by "STALPLAST S.C." himself
in our tool room which is equipped with metal working machines,
CNC and electro-erosion machines.
The new are of our activity is forging of
the air titanium and aluminium alloy for machine building industry
, ship building industry and energetic industry.
For aluminium alloy we use the thermal treatment
like dispersion hardening with natural and artificial ageing
,two stage artificial ageing or other thermal process which
cause increasing of mechanical properties Rm. to 400 Map and
hardness to 120 HB.
